26 February 2018: BBC News interviewed guests and volunteers at the Chelsea Methodist Church Drop-in on one of the coldest days of the year. 

On the 10pm News, drop-in guest Jeff is asked what it's like sleeping rough when the temperatures drop below freezing:

You feel more vulnerable, I've got to say. This morning I woke up with a snowflake in my eye. I'm just dreading what it's going to be like tonight.

A clip with long-time volunteer Rosie Clover-Brown also was broadcast earlier that evening.
