Glass Door

In aid of Glass Door, Charles Dickens Museum curator Louisa Price invites you on a virtualguided tour of Dickens’s Bloomsbury home at 48 Doughty Street. The event is live and interactive, and will take place at 8pm Friday 13th November.

As well as showing treasures from the Museum’s collection, Louisa will guide us through all five floors of the house from the kitchen to the nursery attic and we will peek into the book-lined study where Dickens worked on the classics, Pickwick Papers, Oliver Twist and Nicholas Nickleby.

Tickets are free and donations are welcomed. Please email [email protected] to register, and we will pass your details on to Louisa. A Zoom link will be sent to you before the event.

This is an exclusive event for the Glass Door community. Please do share details of this event with your friends but do not talk about it on social media to avoid clashing with the Museum’s events programme.
