...and Support South London's Homeless

As the temperature rises on the high- street, I invite you to take a step back from the count-down to Christmas and step into the space of your own heart in a special two-and-a-half hour Yoga and Meditation workshop with me, Nadia - a long-standing Battersea-based yoga and mindfulness teacher raising love and raising funds in aid of Glass Door.

Whether you practice yoga regularly, or whether yoga has fallen by the wayside, you are warmly invited to join me at Chatham Hall to celebrate the season of Love with a workshop devoted to exploring what the ancient yogic texts describe as the three hearts; the physical, the emotional and the spiritual.

Last Year more than 40 people attended the event at Chatham Hall and together we raised over £1000 for Glass Door. This year I am hoping to once again fill Chatham Hall with 40 yoginis and yogis, beginners and experienced, where I will offer a rich and strong yin and yang practice, featuring accessible and challenging poses to activate heart energy, invigorate the body and brighten the mind. Together we will move, become still, meditate and radiate and finish by resting deeply within ourselves as I guide you into the space of your heart via the beautiful Loving Kindness Meditation.

Loving Kindness or Metta meditation has its origins in Buddhism and has been designed to elicit compassion, encourage forgiveness and enable us to release the hurts, resentments and grudges we bear ourselves and others. It is the most beautiful heart healing practice most befitting the season of goodwill.

Mince-Pies and a quick drink at the Bolingbroke for anyone who wants to share the Love afterwards:)

The cost of the workshop will be £30.
100% of class profits will go to Glass Door.

If you cannot come please consider buying a ticket anyway. Your money will help to feed and keep warm the homeless this Christmas. Please show your support for the work of this fantastic charity.
