I am a Hatha yoga teacher who teaches yoga at Chatham Hall on Northcote Road in Battersea and at Battersea Yoga Studio. I am hosting a special Fund-raising 2.5 hour Yoga and Mindfulness Workshop in aid of Glass Door on Monday 9 December at Chatham Hall . 😊🎄❤️

As the shopping season gets underway and we all spend too much money on stuff no one needs, I am asking you to pledge £35 to practice yoga and raise funds for those experiencing homelessness this winter.
All proceeds, after minimal administrative costs have been deducted, will go to Glass Door.

£35 buys you a bottle of wine and a Christmas Candle or perhaps a couple of boxes of truffles. It also pays for 28 meals to be prepared for the homeless on Christmas day. It provides bedding, a meal and a fresh pair of socks for one person this winter at a night shelter. There are currently estimated to be around 170,000 without a home in London alone.

The third annual Yoga and Mindfulness Fundraiser in aid of Glass Door takes place on Monday 9 December at Chatham Hall on Northcote Road from 7pm to 9.30pm. We will practice hatha flow, yin yoga, pranayama and meditation. The highlight of the evening will be the Loving Kindness Meditation - a beautiful way to cultivate Love for Self and those around you. It will be a joyful and heart-opening evening. I would LOVE you to join us🙏🌷
Last Christmas the event was sold out and raised £1400.

PLEASE buy a ticket and support the cause. Come practise Yoga with me and raise funds for Glass Door.
Even if you can’t come, buy a ticket anyway or donate what you can to this campaign.

Tickets can be bought via my website. The link is below:

Thank you so much for supporting me.
