On Friday 4th Oct 2019, we're joining the Glass Door Homeless Charity's Sleep Out to help bring shelter and support to men and women affected by homelessness.

Every single night from November until April, Glass Door provide a safe, warm place to sleep for about 120 men and women, who would otherwise have to sleep outside on the cold wet streets.

29 different churches in West London (including us) help provide the accommodation.

Last winter, over 700 different people slept in the Glass Door winter shelters. The youngest person was aged 17 and the oldest was 83. Guests get a hot supper when they arrive in the evening, and a cooked breakfast in the morning. Where we can, we offer showers, and washing-machines, and warm clothes, and there are expert advice-workers on hand to give people help and support to get their lives back on track.

Donations of any size are gratefully received. Last year, our parish office raised £2,000 and we hope to do even better this time!
Please share with family and friends on Facebook and Twitter - and beyond - so we can reach my target, and together we can bring more people in off the streets.
