Glass Door is opening its hostel service for those experiencing homelessness in November. Our hostel service manager will provide onsite management and direction to a team of project workers.

You will use your years of experience in the homelessness sector to inform our guest management approach and build-up the knowledge and skills of your colleagues. You will also ensure that Glass Door policies and procedures are followed.

Hostels are staffed 24 hours a day and as the hostel service manager you will support a team of project workers and two deputy hostel service managers in the daily running of the hostel. The hostel project is designed to accommodate up to 55 guests with low support needs, at any time.
