Glass Door Homeless Charity is recruiting Venue Managers to support some of the most at-risk people in our community.

We are adapting the service offered from our partner churches in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Instead of offering overnight shelter from churches, we will be running a dinner service from one or two different church venues over the course of a week. The dinner service will run in our usual boroughs of Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham, Richmond and Wandsworth.

Do you have experience working with homeless people or similar disadvantaged client groups?

Are you able to respond to challenging behaviour calmly and appropriately?

Do you have excellent communication skills and an ability to manage others?

Do you have experience in manual handling and report-keeping?
