People come to Glass Door when they are at an absolute crisis point, with nowhere else to turn. Glass Door welcomes everyone as their guest, giving them some stability before helping them make the necessary steps to move off the streets for good.

They open their doors all winter, every night welcoming up to 170 people currently affected by homelessness. In partnership with volunteers and churches, the charity provides hot meals and a safe place to sleep, away from the harsh streets of London.
