If you or someone you know is facing or experiencing homelessness, get in touch with us to access our London- based services, which include tailored advice and support from our caseworkers and our emergency winter night shelters.
Our expert caseworkers are available year-round to offer advice, advocacy and practical assistance to anyone who is struggling with homelessness or is vulnerably housed. Caseworkers can help with things like finding housing, accessing benefits, immigration issues, and more.
You can make an appointment to speak with a caseworker at one of our partner day centres, where other services like free meals, showers and laundry are available.
Our Winter Night Shelters are now closed until late 2026. We run three emergency night shelter circuits in Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham and Wandsworth, seven days a week. At our shelters, you can get a warm meal, a safe place to sleep and access to our Casework Service.
