Glass Door Homeless Charity runs the UK's largest network of open access winter night shelters for people experiencing homelessness. Since opening our doors on November 4th: 257 guests have stayed with us, with 86% previously sleeping rough. The youngest guest is just 19 years old, and the oldest 78. 8 guests have already moved towards more permanent housing, thanks to our caseworkers. The need is immense, and the difference we can make together is life-changing. Every night, the generosity of our supporters provides a safe place to sleep, warm meals, and crucial support services for our guests.
