Speak to a Glass Door caseworker at partnering drop-in day service about accessing emergency accommodation. Caseworkers may also be able to refer you into accommodation provided by the local authority or help to determine what your options might be.

For individuals in exceptional circumstances with vulnerabilities, we can book an appointment over the phone for them to see a caseworker.
