Glass Door Volunteer Registration 2023-2024 (non-shelter role)

This form is for individuals over 16 years of age who have been accepted into a non-shelter volunteering role.

Volunteer agreement

Please confirm that you have read the volunteer handbook and agree to abide by its rules and policies. A digital version can be found at www.glassdoor.org.uk/forvols, and to receive a printed copy of the volunteer handbook email [email protected]

The minimum age for volunteering in any area of Glass Door’s services which will involve direct contact with guests is 16. We cannot allow anyone under the age of 16 to have direct contact with guests due to safeguarding and insurance restrictions. If you are under 16 years of age, please do not submit this form.

In addition to contacting you with important information in relation to volunteering, we’d love to keep you updated with our news, activities and other volunteering opportunities, should you wish. Lived experiences of homelessness

Examples of homelessness include sleeping on the streets, sofa surfing, or staying in a hostel, night shelter or other temporary accommodations.
