27 March update: The government has now committed to housing people who are homeless in hotels across London. On Monday 23 March, the majority of Glass Door shelter guests moved into London hotels, allowing them a safe place to self-isolate. The remaining guests moved in over the course of this week, and our shelters are now closed.
We will continue to offer casework services to guests whilst they stay in hotels. We are also supporting new individuals who come to us without shelter and will continue to advocate on behalf of all who need a safe place to self-isolate.
