Jo Good interviewed both COO Lucy Abraham and former guest Eddie McCormick on the BBC Radio London programme. Topics included London's attitude towards homelessness and the importance of showing kindness to those sleeping rough.

Eddie brought a letter he received while in hospital from former Glass Door volunteer Madge, which Jo read out loud. In the letter, Madge wrote: "Don’t forget, Eddie, that many people care about you, and don’t forget that I know you have a shining heart." The letter proved to be an inspiration. Says Eddie:

It reminds me that somebody did care.

Lucy explained how Glass Door operates and how members of the public can support individuals like Eddie off the streets by joining our upcoming Sleep Out event.

Fast forward to 06:00 to hear the full interview on Jo Good's programme.
