We're constantly improving our training for night shelter staff, and are looking for a teacher or other educator to review our training plan and materials. 

Why we need you

Every winter our team of seasonal staff manage our night shelters and make sure guests are welcomed, kept safe, and that everything goes smoothly. We deliver extensive training to equip them to be able to do this. 

If you're a professional educator (teacher or otherwise), we'd love to make the most of your skills and expertise in improving our night shelter staff training, by reviewing our staff training plan and materials, and advising on ways we can improve it.

Where and when

It would be around 8+ hours: for the reviewing of materials, and then sharing your suggested improvements with us.

We're hoping to complete the project over the summer, and you can review the materials at your own pace.
